Luvero Update on Royal Mail Strikes

We are experiencing lots of delays and backlogs with parcels being delivered and scanned.
Orders that are collected from us each day are taking over a week to receive their first scan in the network and UK parcels are taking approximately 12 days to be delivered.
Unfortunately, we do not have any further information on the parcel's dispatch other than what is available via the Royal Mail website track and trace.
All parcels have been collected from us and they should move through the network and be delivered shortly. We are as frustrated by the situation as you. (Parcels are only not collected on strike days)
We cannot offer continuous order updates on these parcels via the email ticket system I am afraid. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
When tracking the order on Royailmail.com if you see the message "We are expecting it" or "Item despatched to Royal Mail". This is where the order has been collected from us, and it is in the backlog of unprocessed parcels waiting to be scanned and moved.
